Base venue rental fee - $6,400 for 100 people
Over 100 people $12 per additional person. 200 people maximum excluding vendors
$1,500 non-refundable payment to book your event and secure your date.
$1,200 refundable damage/infraction deposit

Payments
Due at time of booking - nonrefundable $1,500 payment is due
6 months prior to day of event - $2,000 payment due
60 days prior to date of event - balance of contract due and $1,200 damage/infraction deposit
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel for any reason all payments made are forfeited.
