Base venue rental fee - $6,400 for 100 people
Over 100 people $12 per additional person. 175 people maximum excluding vendors
$1,500 non-refundable payment to book your event and secure your date.
$1,200 refundable damage/infraction deposit

Payments
Due at time of booking - nonrefundable $1,500 payment is due
$3,000 payment due for spring weddings on September 1st and fall weddings on April 1st

Balance of contract due on September 1st for fall weddings and April 1st for spring weddings, in additional to a $1,200 damage/infraction deposit
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel for any reason all payments made are forfeited.
